FAQ'S

Q: What's the format of this event?

Imagine the magic of an adult summer camp, the depth of a transformational retreat, and the energy of a high-vibe music festival, all woven into one unforgettable weekend. That’s Convergence.

We’ve curated next-level workshops paired with heart-pounding, soul-lifting music.

Each day follows a powerful theme to guide your journey through breath, movement, sound, and connection.

Expect dance floors under the stars, cave ceremonies, and moments of stillness that will stay with you long after the weekend ends. This event is a full-body, soul-awakening experience you’ll never forget.

Q: Is this a sober event?

Convergence is a mindful container, not strictly "sober", but deeply intentional. We ask everyone to be conscious of how they show up in the space. This is about connection, presence, and embodied experience. If you choose to partake, do so with respect—for yourself, for the land, and for the collective journey we’re on together.
Come as you are, but come with care. Please DO NOT bring alcohol or illegal substances.

Q: How does camping work?

Walk-in camping is INCLUDED with every ticket. This means you can stay onsite at Astral Valley for NO EXTRA COST however, your vehicle will need to stay parked in our general parking.
If you wish to camp with your vehicle, you'll need a "Car Camping" ticket add-on. We have kept these extremely affordable at just $22 per vehicle! You can have multiple people in your camp and only need one car camping pass per vehicle, NOT per person. This pass is good for our GA Car Camping areas only.

Q: Is the VIP Car Camping Different than GA Car Camping?

YES! Unlike general car camping, each PERSON camping in the VIP Camping area will need a VIP ticket. The VIP's are guaranteed a car camping spot in the shaded creekside Harmony Grove area close to the main stage.

Q: Is there a "quiet camping" area?

Yes! For sensitive sleepers however, we always recommend earplugs or comfortable headphones.

Q: Are children allowed?

Yes! We are working to build a "Children's Village" within the event where our young participants can receive access to programing created just for them! The event is formatted to accommodate both those with and without young ones. Ticket Holders ages 0-13 are FREE and must have a registered ticket.

Q: Are pets allowed?

No. We love our furry family as much as you do however we only permit access to licensed service animals.
